Lilo Loses Her Lawsuit Against Pitbull

Attention rapper and singers, it appears you’re free to use Lindsay Lohan’s name in your songs.

On Thursday, Lohan lost a legal battle against Pitbull (Armando Christian Perez) after the actress claimed a lyric in the rapper’s 2011 hit “Give Me Everything” was a violation of her publicity and publicity rights and also caused her emotional distress.

In the song, Pitbull raps, “So, I’m tiptoein’, to keep blowin’, I got it locked up, like Lindsay Lohan.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, the judge sided with Pitbull, ruling that the song was a protected work of art and is protected by the First Amendment.

Lohan’s suit claimed that the song and the use of her name included “an unwarranted, unauthorized, and unfavorable mention of [her] name and personality, and allusions to [her] physical and mental character.”

U.S. District Judge Denis Hurley dismissed Lohan’s lawsuit, writing, “The fact that the Song was presumably created and distributed for the purpose of making a profit does not mean that plaintiff’s name was used for ‘advertising’ or ‘purposes of trade’ within the meaning of the New York Civil Rights Law.”

Former TV Actress Gets Only 3 Years In Jail

This is such bullshit – she only got 3 years because of her kid’s disabilities? Yes, that is unfortunate, but she killed somebody knowing that she was drunk! They’re living with a (probably) more responsible relative, and they’ll be better off without her for the next while.

A former ‘Melrose Place’ actress has been sentenced to three years’ prison after she drunkenly plowed her SUV into another car in New Jersey, killing a married mother-of-two.

Victim Helene Seeman’s husband Fred yelled, ‘What a travesty!’ at the judge after today’s sentencing, and he and his son stormed out of the courtroom in tears.

Amy Locane-Bovenizer faced up to 10 years in prison after a jury in November convicted her of vehicular homicide in the 2010 death of 60-year-old Seeman in Montgomery Township.

The judge lowered the maximum sentence citing the hardship on Locane-Bovenizer’s two children, one of whom has a medical disability and the other a mental disability.

It’s the psychological evaluation that Kris Jenner never wanted the world to see.

In Touch has exclusively obtained the results of a psychological evaluation during the time of Kris’ divorce from the late Robert Kardashian.

In the six-page report, detailed in the new issue of In Touch — on newsstands now — Kris is described as “demanding,” “manipulative,”  and having “a Cinderella attitude where situations resulted in everyone living ‘happily ever after.’” Perhaps the most telling part of the evaluation is its description of Kris as “narcissistic… [with] a marked elevation of the narcissistic scale.”

In Touch previously revealed the late Robert Kardashian’s handwritten diary entries from 1989 and 1990, describing his cheating wife Kris as an absentee and abusive mother toward the end of their marriage. The evaluation, an official court document, supports many of Robert Kardashian’s angry diary allegations.

The late lawyer shared with a psychiatrist his notes on Kris’ behavior from 1989 to 1990. He detailed everything from the nights his wife didn’t come home to the times when she screamed at and hit Kourtney and Kim. On March 20, 1990, he wrote, “Kourtney started crying … She was sad because Mommy wasn’t home at all. Kourtney wanted her to cook dinner for them. How sad that a child has to beg her mother to cook her dinner and be home with her.”

According to the psych report — which also describes Robert as “impulsive when overwhelmed” — Kris believed she was a loving mother to her children. But it notes that “her sense of self is based much more on fantasy than realistic considerations.” Robert also claimed that Kris was “reckless and non-motherly.”

Robert’s widow, Ellen Kardashian, says her husband worried about what would happen to his kids when he wasn’t around anymore. Robert, who died of esophageal cancer in 2003, “knew exactly what was going to happen the second he was gone. He was very sad about that,” she tellsIn Touch. “He knew that with Kris, everything’s about money.”

The AKB48 Photoshoot Scandal

What exactly were the parents thinking when they allowed their child to be included in the shoot? Or that of the publishers? Has no-one remembered the celebrity child sex scandals (i.e. Jimmy Savile*, Gary Glitter**, and Johnathan King***) or the hundreds to the thousands of unidentified child pornographers that work through the internet and the police who are working to bring them down?

What about the child in this photo? Did his parents think about how it would affect him in the future? Unless some action is taken and the photos are yanked from the internet, they’ll still be floating around by the time he’s old enough to use the internet.

Since announcing her graduation from AKB48 and releasing her first solo single, Tomomi Kasai was set to release her photobook until many expressed concerns regarding its cover.

“Young Magazine“, a weekly magazine, was ready to publish their next edition on January 12th, but has postponed the release to January 21st due to the photobook’s cover. The photo used for the cover was deemed too innapropriate for their readers, so an alternative photo had to be used instead.

The photo book cover has caused plenty of backlash from netizens who are critical of its scandalous nature. Some say she’s just “desperate for attention” while others expressed that the picture was “such a dumb idea to begin with”. Others find it “disturbing” and “awkward”, especially with an underage child holding her breasts.

This issue has also prompted police to investigate publishing company Kondasha for what could potentially be considered child pornography. Before charges can be levied against the company, it must be determined whether or not the photo is in fact of a child with his hands touching the idol’s breasts.

In Japan, a guilty verdict for violating child pornography laws carries a maximum sentence of five years in prison and a fine of five million yen.

Of all the things to lend a celebrity endorsement to, this shouldn’t be one of them. It was already disturbing when ABC aired it (thanks a lot), and it just became even more disturbing when Christina Northrup gave a really horrifying description of it (I’m not reprinting it on here. I tell you, this woman is not a good role model to her children! She married her latest husband after only knowing him for 6 WEEKS, and jumped onto him just mere weeks after leaving the last guy she was supposed to marry! I give this stupid woman 5 months!

In shocking new claims, it has emerged the Mysterious Girl singer only discovered former glamour model Katie, 34, had married stripper Kieran Hayler, after a six week romance, by reading it online.

The money grubbing granny is back on the front pages for whatever-millionth time, and for something that’s not surprising!

She’s pissed that Kanye deprived her of the millions that she wanted to make off of Kim’s baby announcement! How much more money does the greedy bitch want? I wouldn’t put it past her to rob an armored truck and a bank (because only one of them just wouldn’t be enough) to get extra money.

As detailed by In Touch Weekly, Khloe Kardashian is heartbroken over the news that her sister is expecting, while The New York Daily News now reports Kris Jenner is livid at Kanye West for ruining a potential windfall.

West, of course, announced Kim’s pregnancy during a late December concert, denying Jenner the chance to negotiate for an exclusive with Us Weekly.

And just how much could that exclusive have brought in? Consider:
